Are you a superstitious person? You know, the kind of person who will not open an umbrella inside, will not pass under an open ladder and is compelled turn around three times when stepping over a crack in the cement?

Here’s a number of the more common craps folklores compiled by some of the great craps competitors. By the way, they accept most of this absurdness too!

one. If the stickman is substituted, during a throw, a 7 will follow.

two. If a drink hostess approaches the table, a seven will be next.

3. If the die being thrown hits somebody’s cash, a seven is possible.

4. If the pair of dice being rolled hits the glass, a 7 will pop up.

5. If there is too much chatter between the dealers, constant 7s.

six. If the pair of dice are rolled from the table, 7 is going to be the next number.

7. If a new pair of dice are asked for, 7 is certain to follow.

8. If a player hollers out the number "7", a 7 is certain to follow.

All of this might sound like a whole lot of zilch to you but every now and then you will be involved in an active game where the dice are passing a bit too often. If you keep an eye out, you will notice that many of the superstitions are, in fact, occurring.

You’ll observe that the stickman changes a little too often, that instead of one drink server, the table now has two waitresses serving drinks and a number of other strange things that eventually mean a 7 is bound to be rolled by the shooter.

Remember, you can constantly bring your wagers down and delay until the following shooter. You can also turn your wagers off, but if you do, don’t turn them back on, due to the fact that if you do… a seven will be next!
